What you'll do

As the Senior Staff GenAI Engineer, you will serve as the technical owner for GenAI initiatives within the APM team. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI-powered features that enhance application visibility. You will guide the long-term strategy and technical direction for GenAI workflows, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing products, driving innovation and improving user experience. Your role will involve building and benchmarking GenAI/ML models using state-of-the-art techniques, ensuring they are scalable and effective in real-world applications. You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of these models and iterating on them based on user feedback and performance metrics.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative culture within the team. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of GenAI initiatives and ensuring that the APM team remains at the forefront of application performance monitoring.
