Datadog is seeking a Manager of Networking to lead global network services across all offices. You'll oversee the design and deployment of network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and edge networking devices. This role requires strong management skills and experience with networking technologies.

Who you are
You are an experienced people manager with at least 2+ years of experience leading network engineering teams. You have a strong background in network infrastructure and are skilled in managing both full-time employees and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your expertise includes working with technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper, and you understand the importance of security, reliability, and scalability in network services. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with IT Security and Enterprise Technology teams to align network services with broader business objectives. You are data-driven, capable of developing and tracking operational metrics for service availability and network performance, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the global management of network services across all Datadog offices worldwide. You will oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure, ensuring seamless, high-performance Wi-Fi and direct internet access. You will define and implement standards, policies, and processes for network infrastructure, ensuring they operate according to Datadog's defined service level objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to align network services with business objectives and develop operational metrics to track performance. As the team scales, you will play a critical role in managing the growth of both the team and network infrastructure to meet increasing demand. You will also be responsible for occasional travel to Datadog offices around the world to ensure consistent service delivery.
