You have a strong background in UI design, with experience in creating cohesive and intuitive user experiences across multiple products. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively allows you to balance diverse needs and priorities while driving design consistency. You excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with product, engineering, and security teams to shape the direction of design initiatives. Your systematic thinking helps you define and apply reusable components and patterns that enhance the overall user experience. You are comfortable owning the end-to-end design process, from early exploration and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and final implementation. You value creativity and collaboration, contributing positively to the office culture at Datadog.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design shared, platform-level features that support multiple security teams and workflows across Datadog. You will collaborate with various product teams to align on requirements and ensure that designs meet the needs of all stakeholders. Your focus will be on driving consistency and system-level thinking by defining, refining, and applying reusable security components and patterns. You will own the entire design process, ensuring that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will partner closely with stakeholders from product, engineering, security, and platform teams to manage trade-offs and build alignment on design decisions. Your role will be crucial in championing UI quality and usability, ensuring that the final implementations meet high standards of excellence.
