What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the visual design evolution of Datadog's design system, DRUIDS. You will set and evolve the visual design direction at the system level, defining new patterns and interaction models that enhance the user experience across Datadog's complex SaaS platform. Your work will involve driving cross-functional initiatives that modernize the design system's tooling and infrastructure, ensuring high-quality implementation in collaboration with design systems engineers. You will partner closely with brand and product design teams to align product visuals, ensuring consistency and excellence in design across all products. Your leadership will empower hundreds of designers and engineers to create cohesive and performant experiences at scale. You will also engage in exploratory and concept work that informs the next generation of DRUIDS, pushing the visual language forward while maintaining a focus on scalability and performance.
