Your expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, allows you to create visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to foster creativity and teamwork.

You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting intuitive user interfaces. Your experience includes leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that the final product aligns with both user expectations and business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction.

Experience with cloud-based products or services is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with commitment programs or cost management solutions will give you an edge in this role, allowing you to contribute effectively from day one.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end design work for commitment programs, starting from early discovery and concept exploration through to high-fidelity design and production. You will own key workflows and features, helping to evolve the product from a minimum viable product (MVP) into a differentiated, multi-cloud experience that includes AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your collaboration with cross-functional partners, including product managers and engineers, will be crucial in defining problems, exploring trade-offs, and shipping high-quality solutions quickly.

You will help shape the information architecture and interaction patterns as the product expands across different cloud providers, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your hands-on approach will allow you to take ownership of meaningful features, making a significant impact on the product's success. You will also participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations.
