You are an established Recruiter or Sourcer with over 3 years of experience in the field, adept at finding exceptional talent for complex roles. You have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and are skilled in developing tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. Your experience includes utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Google X Ray searching, to build a robust candidate pipeline. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of office culture in the recruitment process. You are creative in your approach to sourcing and are always looking for innovative ways to connect with potential candidates. You are passionate about fostering relationships and building a strong network of talent.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate and maintain an active and passive candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill positions, employing various sourcing methods to attract top talent. You will partner closely with Recruiters to amplify job openings and leverage the employee base to uncover hidden talent within their networks. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress throughout the search, and sharing insights with stakeholders. You will also map out the talent market, keeping a pulse on talent flow and market attrition, while specializing in event/project management and stakeholder engagement. Your role will be critical in identifying great candidates and telling the Datadog story to attract the best talent.
