You are a strategic technical leader with a strong background in AI solutions and a proven ability to architect enterprise-grade products. With experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, you inspire and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You have a deep understanding of AI technologies and are skilled in defining technical strategies that align with business goals. Your business acumen allows you to effectively communicate and sell technical visions to both internal teams and clients.
You have a track record of developing and owning roadmaps for AI solutions, agents, and products. Your experience includes creating internal accelerators and reusable frameworks that enhance delivery capabilities. You thrive in a client-facing or consulting role, where you can leverage your expertise to drive the execution of AI strategies and create impactful service offerings.
Desirable
Bonus points if you have prior experience building and leading multidisciplinary AI teams, including engineers and data scientists. You understand the go-to-market strategies that can elevate AI solutions and are eager to contribute to the growth of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Office of the CTO and work directly with the Global Head of AI to define the long-term AI strategy for the company.
