Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in network engineering, particularly in cloud environments, with experience in managing large-scale networks. Your expertise in AWS and Cisco technologies allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents. You are familiar with cloud-based architectures and understand how to maintain high levels of service availability. Your experience with Docker and Kubernetes enables you to support containerized applications within cloud environments. You possess a solid understanding of Linux systems, which is essential for managing network operations. You are also knowledgeable in Terraform for infrastructure as code, allowing you to automate network configurations and deployments.
What you'll do
As a Cloud Network Engineer at DAZN, you will be responsible for leading the support and delivery of network-related incidents and service requests. You will work closely with the global network support team to ensure that the cloud network environments are maintained at the highest service levels. Your role will involve implementing new services and ensuring that all design and build documentation is thorough and accessible to the wider Network Operations team. You will also be part of the on-call rota, handling technical escalations from the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and ensuring that any incidents are resolved promptly. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience for millions of concurrent viewers across multiple platforms and devices.
