Who you are
You are an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in media analytics and advertising. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights from large-scale datasets. Your expertise in data analysis allows you to identify trends and opportunities for improving ad targeting and campaign performance.
You possess strong skills in predictive modeling and machine learning, enabling you to design and develop algorithms that optimize ad targeting and placement. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating data-driven solutions into advertising platforms, and continuously improving model performance through validation and monitoring.
Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, allowing you to deliver concise, actionable solutions from disparate sources of data. You are a fast learner with a curious mindset and a keen attention to detail, which helps you thrive in a data-driven environment.
Desirable
You have some exposure to deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, FastAI, or TensorFlow, which enhances your ability to tackle complex data challenges. Previous experience or knowledge of the advertising space is a plus, as it allows you to understand the nuances of ad performance and user engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from advertising datasets. You will conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can improve ad targeting and user engagement. Your responsibilities will include performing A/B testing and attribution modeling to measure the effectiveness of advertising initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
You will design and develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance ad targeting and campaign optimization. Collaborating with ad operations, product, and engineering teams, you will integrate data-driven solutions into the advertising platform, improving ad inventory management and audience segmentation.
Evaluating model performance will be a key part of your role, and you will implement strategies for model monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively utilized in advertising strategies.
