What you'll do

As a Conversational Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our Chatbot and Virtual Assistant Product. You will work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure that our chatbot meets the needs of our users while also aligning with operational goals. Your role will involve analyzing customer interactions to improve the chatbot's performance and user experience. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing customer engagement through conversational interfaces.
