DAZN is hiring a Producer for FIBA Media to create and deliver basketball content for top-tier competitions. You'll lead content creation and manage a team while ensuring high-quality output. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Who you are
You are an experienced Producer with a strong background in content creation, particularly in sports media. You have a proven track record of developing engaging content for various platforms, including promotional videos and social media reels. Your leadership skills shine as you manage editorial teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
You understand the importance of brand visibility and engagement, and you are adept at proposing innovative concepts that resonate with audiences. Your attention to detail ensures that all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively promotes FIBA competitions. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating compelling narratives that captivate viewers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing a wide range of content related to FIBA competitions. This includes long-form pieces, event coverage, and social media reels. You will act as the final quality control on all content, ensuring that it meets the highest standards. You will also support the Senior Producer in creating detailed content plans for each competition, outlining key deliverables and timelines.
As a leader, you will manage the editorial team, providing support and feedback to ensure high-quality output. You will oversee the rota of freelance Assistant Producers and editors, coordinating post-production resources to meet deadlines. Your strategic mindset will help you develop innovative content strategies that enhance FIBA's brand visibility and engagement across various media platforms.
