You have 12+ years of experience in designing and architecting complex backend systems, preferably using Node.js and AWS. Your expertise in microservices architecture allows you to create scalable and resilient platforms that can handle millions of users simultaneously. You are proactive in collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure that the architecture meets business needs.
You possess strong mentoring skills, guiding software engineers in design patterns and coding standards. Your ability to deliver maintainable, robust, and testable code is complemented by your experience in evolving and designing services that power video streaming. You are passionate about sharing knowledge and collaborating with other developers across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Architect at DAZN, you will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices that enhance the user experience during live broadcasts. You will collaborate closely with other architects and software engineers to deliver compelling solutions that meet the unique challenges of streaming live events. Your role will involve taking ownership of the system architecture, ensuring that it is robust and capable of handling high traffic volumes.
