You are an experienced Technical Lead with a proven track record in designing and developing scalable software solutions. You have a strong understanding of software architecture and are adept at leading teams to deliver high-quality code. Your experience in the sports streaming industry is a plus, but your technical expertise is what truly sets you apart.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that power DAZN's global sports streaming service. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software meets the needs of users. Your technical leadership will be crucial in driving the team towards best practices in coding and software development.
You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance. This includes conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and implementing testing strategies to maintain high-quality software. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, ensuring that the streaming service remains reliable and performant.
