What you'll do

As a Senior Research Engineer at Decagon, you will be responsible for developing the model and decision-making stack that powers our conversational agents. You will research, adapt, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in model training, prompting, orchestration, and evaluation. Your goal will be to enhance the accuracy, robustness, and efficiency of our agents in production environments, ultimately improving customer interactions across various channels.

You will collaborate with other engineers and researchers to design experiments, analyze results, and iterate on your findings to ensure continuous improvement.
