You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with diverse teams across different time zones. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
Desirable
Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with global compliance and benefits management. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in service delivery. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.

As a Customer for Life Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
