You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Desirable

Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with global compliance and benefits management. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in service delivery. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.

As a Customer for Life Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
