You have extensive experience in payroll management, ideally within a global context — you've navigated the complexities of payroll processing across multiple countries and understand the nuances of compliance and regulations. Your attention to detail ensures that every payroll cycle runs smoothly, and you are adept at using payroll software to streamline operations.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with diverse teams — your communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and operations to ensure that payroll aligns with company policies and local laws. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them before they escalate.
What you'll do
As a Global Senior Payroll Associate at Deel, you will oversee the payroll process for employees in over 150 countries — this includes ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing payroll-related inquiries, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with the HR team to implement best practices and improve payroll efficiency.
