Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in SaaS platforms. You understand the complexities of integrating various systems and have a proven track record of delivering successful product features that enhance user experience. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure product alignment with business goals.
You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions. Your experience in user research and A/B testing allows you to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product features. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Deel, you will own the product roadmap for integrations, ensuring that our platform seamlessly connects with various third-party services. You will lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering teams to define requirements and specifications. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, as well as analyzing metrics post-launch to assess product performance.
