What you'll do
As a Senior Tax Manager at Deel, you will lead the tax compliance efforts for our global operations, ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements across the 150+ countries we operate in. You will develop and implement tax strategies that minimize liabilities while maximizing compliance and efficiency. Collaborating closely with finance and HR teams, you will provide guidance on tax implications related to payroll, benefits, and other employee-related expenses. You will also conduct regular audits and reviews of our tax processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. Your role will involve preparing and filing tax returns, managing audits, and responding to inquiries from tax authorities. You will play a key role in educating internal teams about tax obligations and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
