What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Degreed, you will play a pivotal role within the product team, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead. You will engage with peers across different functions to contribute to cross-product projects, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of design decisions. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and collaborating with engineers to bring your designs to life.
