Who you are
You have 3–6 years of experience in product design, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Your proficiency in Figma allows you to create engaging and effective designs while staying updated on industry trends. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are passionate about lifelong learning and understand the importance of creating user-friendly experiences that align with business goals. Your attention to detail is balanced with a broader understanding of project landscapes, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to various stages of the design process.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer at Degreed, you will play a pivotal role within the product team, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead. You will engage with peers across different functions to contribute to cross-product projects, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of design decisions.
