Who you are

You are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You thrive in a customer-facing role and have a strong phone presence, allowing you to engage effectively with new restaurant partners. Your empathy and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate requests and provide high levels of service. You are comfortable working to tight turnaround times and are motivated by achieving challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service.

What you'll do

As a Restaurant Launch Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for new restaurant partners joining the Deliveroo platform. You will assist them in understanding the onboarding process, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring they are set up to start taking orders. You will collaborate closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to provide a consistent and high-quality experience for our partners. Your role will involve developing and maintaining daily call plans to ensure effective communication and support for our new partners.

Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £26,600, with the potential for a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
