Who you are

You have at least 4+ years of experience working in a professional services firm, investment bank, or similar environment — your background has equipped you with a strong understanding of corporate finance disciplines. You hold a chartered accountant (CA) qualification or are a chartered financial analyst (CFA) holder, showcasing your commitment to the finance profession. Your strong numeracy and sound logic skills are complemented by excellent Excel-based financial modeling capabilities, allowing you to analyze complex financial data effectively. You possess engaging communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your ability to mentor and lead junior team members is evident, as you thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork is essential.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage client projects predominantly focused on transaction processes, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction lifecycle are covered. You will analyze and quickly develop an understanding of the target business, clearly communicating key commercial, financial, and value drivers to potential acquirers. Your responsibilities will also include coaching, training, and developing your team, fostering a supportive working environment. You will work closely with clients throughout the financial due diligence, M&A advisory, debt advisory, and valuation processes, contributing to the overall success of the Transactions advisory team. Your role will require you to stay updated on market trends and best practices in corporate finance, ensuring that you provide the best possible advice to clients. You will also have opportunities to broaden your involvement across various corporate finance disciplines, enhancing your professional growth.
