What you'll do
As an Associate Director in the Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you will lead engagements with clients, helping them develop and implement effective IT strategies. You will work closely with IT leaders and executives to identify their strategic challenges and design solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing large-scale technology transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
You will facilitate workshops and discussions with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions about their technology investments, ultimately helping them achieve their desired outcomes. You will also mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to enhance the team's capabilities.
