What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the system design and architecture for core features and infrastructure, ensuring that the platform remains scalable and efficient. You will ship full-stack product features across Delve's core app and AI-powered workflows, taking ownership of the implementation from design to launch. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and pairing with junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in their work.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high-quality standards will be crucial as you work on high-impact features that drive the company's mission forward. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains clean and maintainable.
