What you'll do

In this role, you will lead engineering projects that drive the development of Demandbase's account-based GTM platform. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the technology aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable systems, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

You will also be involved in shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of go-to-market teams across various B2B enterprises.
