What you'll do
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting Dialpad's Design System, known as Dialtone. You will design, build, and iterate on tools and experiences that enhance the user experience of AI-powered communications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product teams to define and prototype new features, ensuring that design principles are adhered to throughout the development process. You will also conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, helping to create intuitive and effective communication tools. As part of a collaborative team, you will participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, contributing your ideas and feedback to improve the overall product.
