What you'll do

As the Network Engineering Manager, you will oversee the 24x7 development and operation of a global network infrastructure. Your responsibilities include managing a remote engineering team, ensuring that network operations are maintained around the clock. You will define, track, and report on key operational metrics such as uptime, latency, and SLA compliance, ensuring that the network meets the high standards expected by DigiCert's clients.

You will participate in on-call rotations, leading incident detection and resolution workflows. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of network service performance, utilizing various tools to ensure optimal operation. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements that enhance the efficiency and reliability of the network infrastructure.
