What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive core areas of our product's frontend development. You will lead the design and implementation of user-facing features, ensuring they align with our overall product vision. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements, as well as conducting user research to inform design decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining high code quality through code reviews and testing practices. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across all products. Your input will directly influence the user experience, making it easier for financial advisors to manage client data effectively.
