What you'll do

As an Applied AI Researcher at Distyl AI, you will be part of the Post-Training team, focusing on adapting foundation models to solve specific business problems for our clients. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure that the AI solutions you develop are not only technically sound but also aligned with customer needs. Your role will involve conducting experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on your approaches to optimize performance and impact.
