What you'll do

As the AI Team Leader at dLocal, you will be responsible for leading the adoption and evolution of AI systems within the organization. You will act as the owner of these systems, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and safe for everyday use. Your role will involve selecting and governing AI solutions from leading providers such as AWS, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, integrating them into dLocal's internal AI ecosystem. You will collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with technical counterparts to ensure the successful implementation and operation of these systems. Your leadership will guide the team in leveraging AI to enhance business processes and improve user experiences. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of AI systems and making necessary adjustments to optimize their effectiveness.
