What you'll do

As a Business Operations Associate at dLocal, you will be the local execution arm of the Operations team, responsible for addressing daily operational challenges at both the market and customer levels. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently, collaborating with processors, acquirers, card networks, APM providers, and issuers. Your role will involve monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall merchant experience. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to align on operational strategies and share insights that contribute to the company's growth in emerging markets.
