What you'll do

As an Operations Response Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing incidents reported to the Operations payins team through Jira and other tools. You will develop detailed reports that provide visibility into operational performance across various levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Your insights will help the team implement systemic solutions to reduce the number of incidents, ensuring smooth operations across multiple countries.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the data collected is accurate and actionable. Your role will involve generating insights that inform decision-making and enhance the overall efficiency of the operations team. You will also play a key role in ensuring that the Jira tool is utilized effectively, contributing to the team's success in meeting internal SLAs.
