What you'll do

In this role, you will own and enhance the tools and systems that power dLocal's internal operations. You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring that all business-critical applications are integrated effectively. Your hands-on approach will allow you to contribute to the stability and security of our IT infrastructure, making you a key player in our operations team.

You will collaborate with various teams to identify their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Your role will involve automating processes and improving workflows, which will help the company scale its operations in emerging markets. You will also be tasked with documenting processes and creating knowledge bases to support team members in their daily tasks.
