You are familiar with HR systems, particularly Workday, and understand the importance of data analytics in driving HR compliance and performance. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can share ideas and propose innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of the People Roadmap within the People Systems and Performance project team. You will work closely with the Project Manager to examine existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of enhancements in the HR information system (Workday) and assisting teams in defining and formalizing their business needs.

You will participate in tracking various projects on the People roadmap, including governance and preparation for steering committees. Additionally, you will be encouraged to propose digital initiatives, automation strategies, and AI solutions that can enhance HR processes. Your role will also involve participating in change management efforts surrounding HR solutions, ensuring that transitions are smooth and effective.
