What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-boarding to their first day. You will organize integration weeks across multiple countries, including France, Germany, and Italy, focusing on operational excellence in processes and communication. Additionally, you will support the team in managing cultural projects, contributing to significant cultural transformation topics such as AI and understanding the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. You will collaborate with internal communication teams and employer branding initiatives, helping to create engaging events like hackathons and lunches with healthcare professionals.
