Doctolib is seeking an Incident Manager Team Leader to enhance operational excellence and reliability within their Operations Center team. You'll lead a team focused on incident management and collaborate with engineering and business teams to improve platform reliability.

You have a strong background in incident management and team leadership, with experience in improving operational standards and reliability in a tech environment. You are skilled in coaching and developing team members, ensuring their technical growth and career progression. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can build structure and best practices to enhance incident management processes. Your collaborative nature allows you to effectively partner with engineering and product teams to drive reliability improvements and manage production risks. What you'll do
As the Incident Manager Team Leader at Doctolib, you will own the incident management program at scale, ensuring rapid response and resolution to incidents. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of Incident Managers, supporting their technical development and career progression. Your role will involve partnering with the tech and product organization to drive reliability improvements and lead change governance and production risk management. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to build innovative products and features that enhance the healthcare experience.
