You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can work collaboratively in an agile environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You have experience in designing and operating production-grade systems, ensuring they are scalable and reliable. Your understanding of evaluation metrics and A/B testing enables you to validate hypotheses effectively and iterate on product features based on real user data. You are proactive in identifying potential improvements and implementing security and observability measures in your projects.

Desirable

Experience with large-scale systems and familiarity with healthcare applications would be a plus. Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks related to AI development can enhance your candidacy. What you'll do

As a Senior AI Engineer at Doctolib, you will be responsible for designing, shipping, and operating agentic LLM systems that improve patient-practitioner interactions. You will collaborate closely with other machine learning teams to enhance evaluation pipelines and ensure the security and performance of the systems you develop. Your role will involve validating hypotheses through offline evaluation datasets and conducting A/B tests on real traffic to refine the Phone Assistant product.

You will develop and maintain core capabilities of the AI systems, focusing on memory, reasoning orchestration, and tool adapters. Ensuring strong observability and implementing fail-safe behaviors will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also monitor performance metrics and security postures, creating dashboards to visualize system health and user interactions.
