What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Doctolib, you will play a crucial role in the Preventive & Continuous Care Companion team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain high-quality solutions that deliver value to users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure that the products you build align with user needs and business goals.

You will implement best practices for software development, focusing on code quality, testing, and operational excellence. Your role will involve proactively monitoring the health of the systems you work on, defining SLIs and SLOs, and improving alerting mechanisms to ensure system reliability.

You will also have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of the team by sharing your insights and experiences. Your contributions will help shape the architecture of the platform, ensuring that it remains scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of users and the healthcare landscape.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills. You will participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.
