Who you are
You are a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments and is excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to ensuring product quality and freshness. You have a keen eye for detail and are able to follow all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes. You communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, ensuring their needs are met through the app when substitution approvals are needed. You are a team player who contributes to a positive working environment by embodying the DoorDash value of 'one team, one fight' in all you do.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management. Your contributions will help ensure that customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently, enhancing their overall experience with DoorDash.
