You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that inventory is accurately received and stocked while safeguarding products against loss or theft. You understand the importance of monitoring product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes to maintain high standards. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact pleasantly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in warehouse organization and cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include accurately receiving and managing inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers.
You will communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You will also complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.
