DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member in Mesa, AZ to fulfill customer orders in a local-fulfillment center. You'll be responsible for inventory management, order picking, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Who you are

You thrive in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of inventory management, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You are committed to maintaining product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and food-handling processes diligently. You enjoy communicating clearly and pleasantly with customers, especially when it comes to substitution approvals through the app. You are a team player who contributes positively to the working environment, embodying the DoorDash value of 'one team, one fight'.

What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for. You will monitor product quality and freshness, adhering to proper product rotation practices. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a well-organized workspace. Your role will also involve delighting customers by communicating effectively through the app when necessary.
