You communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, especially when it comes to substitution approvals through the app. You are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You take pride in completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management, ensuring that the workspace is always tidy and efficient.
What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and management. You will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards for our customers.
You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Your role will also involve delighting customers by communicating clearly and pleasantly through the app when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, and you will complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
You will contribute to a positive working environment by bringing the DoorDash value of 'one team, one fight' to life in all you do. Your engagement in day-to-day operations will be crucial to the success of the DashMart team, ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.
