You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You have a keen eye for product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation and adherence to food-handling processes. You communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, especially when it comes to substitution approvals, and you take pride in delighting them with your service.

You are dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. You are proactive in completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks assigned by management, ensuring that the workspace is always tidy and efficient.
What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and management β you will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and spoilage management processes to maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for picking, packing, and sorting orders using technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages and stage orders for delivery.
In addition to fulfilling orders, you will communicate with customers through the app, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their orders. You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety and security standards, and you will complete all cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management. Your role will require you to be adaptable and ready to assist in various tasks to support the team and enhance the overall customer experience.
