What you'll do
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory effectively. You will accurately receive and stock products, ensuring that everything is accounted for and properly rotated to maintain quality. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and facilitate handoffs to Dashers. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to interact with customers through the app for substitution approvals and other inquiries. Maintaining a safe and organized working environment is crucial, and you will perform all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Additionally, you will complete cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
