What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Social team, you will lead a group of full-stack engineers in developing features that enhance the DoorDash app's social discovery capabilities. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and machine learning teams to integrate intelligent content ranking and personalized feeds that resonate with users.

You will define and implement a technical roadmap that prioritizes user trust, performance, and reliability.
