What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DoorDash, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the DashMart fulfillment center during your shifts. You will guide Operations Associates through their tasks, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will maintain accountability for inventory and equipment, ensuring that everything is properly handled and stored. Your role will also involve preparing food in a light-prep kitchen in some locations, so you should be comfortable working in both warehouse and kitchen environments.

You will take ownership of the shift, ensuring that all processes are executed to the highest standards. This includes maintaining safety and cleanliness, training new team members, and addressing any issues that arise during your shift. You will work closely with Site Management to ensure that operations run smoothly and that customer orders are delivered with high quality. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment and ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged.
