You have a proven track record of stabilizing operations during leadership transitions and new site launches. You are adept at implementing standard operating procedures and troubleshooting operational issues to quickly bring teams up to performance benchmarks. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching and retaining talent, ensuring that your teams are motivated and engaged.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be assigned a regional territory and travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states. You will serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day site operations while deployed, ensuring that sites meet performance benchmarks and operational excellence.
You will lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and hourly associates. You will set the tone for culture, safety, and performance during every assignment, adapting your approach based on the unique circumstances of each site. Your role will also involve stepping in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges, where you will implement standard operating procedures and troubleshoot operational issues.
