What you'll do
As the Kitchen Manager for DashMart Kitchens, you will lead the daily operations of a DoorDash-owned kitchen located within a fulfillment center. You will oversee a team of operations associates and shift leads, ensuring that every meal meets the highest quality standards. Your role will involve strict adherence to food safety protocols and inventory controls, as you manage the kitchen's performance and efficiency.
You will work closely with your Site Manager to lead multiple food concepts, improve operational processes, and create a great place to work. Your hands-on culinary leadership will be essential in maintaining order accuracy and food safety, while also fostering a collaborative environment among your team members.
