What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Site Manager in leading the local warehouse operating team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly within the distribution center. You will be responsible for driving results in specific focus areas, utilizing effective scheduling and inventory management processes to achieve performance targets. Your role will involve engaging with team members to foster a collaborative environment where everyone is motivated to succeed.

You will tackle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues promptly. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards for customer delivery, and you will play a key role in implementing best practices from across the network. You will also be involved in preparing food in a light-prep kitchen in some locations, ensuring that all operations align with DoorDash's commitment to quality and reliability.
