You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

You possess strong leadership skills and are capable of guiding Operations Associates through their shifts. You ensure that your team works safely and productively, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You are proactive in addressing any issues that arise during shifts and are skilled at communicating effectively with both team members and customers. Your ability to maintain a positive work environment contributes to the overall success of the DashMart team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a warehouse environment, which may include light food preparation in the kitchen. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to meet operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety. You will also be involved in training new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

You will take ownership of inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are stored correctly. Your attention to detail will help prevent loss or theft of company assets. You will work closely with Site Management to ensure that shifts run smoothly and that any operational challenges are addressed promptly. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will drive you to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and that any issues are resolved quickly.
