What you'll do
As the Assistant Site Manager for DashMart Kitchens, you will lead the daily operations of a DoorDash-owned kitchen located within a DashMart fulfillment center. You will oversee a team of operations associates and shift leads, ensuring that every meal is prepared safely and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with your Site Manager to manage multiple food concepts and improve processes, creating a great place to work for your team. Your role will involve strict adherence to food safety protocols and inventory controls, as you will have routine access to food, supplies, and operational systems. You will also be cross-trained into DashMart operations, allowing you to contribute to both sides of the business.
